24-25 New Student Registration

Thank you for your interest in Saint Anne Parish School. Once you have submitted the online application form and all of the additional requirements, your application will be reviewed.


Acceptance for admittance is taken in the following order:

  1. Current students of Saint Anne Parish School
  2. Sibling(s) of current students of Saint Anne Parish School
  3. Children of current Saint Anne Catholic Community parishioners
  4. Children of non-parishioners


PLEASE NOTE that all children registering for preschool MUST be 3 years of age prior to September 1st of the upcoming school year.


The registration application process includes the following:

  • Online registration form
  • $250 per child non-refundable registration fee 
  • Birth certificate and baptismal certificate (if applicable) 

    *Please bring your new student’s original birth certificate into the school office. We will make and accept a copy once we view the original.

  • All transfer records for incoming K-8th grade students
  • For new families with prospective K-8 students, a meeting with Administration or other school personnel will be arranged if deemed necessary based on review of records
  • Students must be in good standing if transferring from another school
  • Saint Anne Parish School reserves the right to deny registration for students whose educational needs cannot be met by Saint Anne Parish School 

Additionally, Medical/Immunization information is due no later than August 1st of the upcoming school year.

  • Physical exams are required by the state for students entering Pre-school, Kindergarten, Grade 6 and all new/transfer students. Physicals need to be current (good for one calendar year) with up to date immunizations. The health history must be completed and signed by a parent…there are 3 signature spots: physician, immunization verification and parent signatures.
  • Dental exams are required by the state for students entering Kindergarten, Grade 2, Grade 6 and all new/transfer students. 
  • Eye exams are required by the state for students entering Kindergarten and any new/transfer student to an Illinois school.

If your student(s) are accepted, you will receive an admission confirmation and tuition bundle which includes the tuition policy and procedures. 

Families interested in applying for Financial Aid should do so through FACTS Grant & Aid. Our school's application opened on February 10, 2024. All families that would like to be considered for scholarship should contact Mrs. Margaret Buckstaff at the billing office at 847-620-3054. As always, all conversations are held in strict confidence.
