Overview

Saint Anne Parish School has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence. The curriculum  is guided by Archdiocesan Curriculum Standards and the Common Core State Standards; however, a “Common Core and MORE” philosophy is embraced in which teachers strive for high levels of academic achievement from all students.  This framework provides for the development of higher-order skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, and reflection.  Curricular approaches were selected to maximize differentiation, individualized instruction, and to emphasize collaboration and perseverance in all subject areas.  Technology, literacy, and servant leadership are integrated into all aspects of the curriculum, and interdisciplinary units are used to make connections between content areas and to achieve high levels of student engagement and learning.
